Casper Area Chamber of Commerce Announces Leadership Casper Class of 2027

CASPER, Wyo. – The Casper Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the Leadership Casper Class of 2027, welcoming 23 professionals from across Natrona County.

Established in 1988, Leadership Casper provides emerging and established leaders with opportunities to learn more about the businesses, organizations, industries, and institutions that serve Natrona County. Through monthly program days, participants meet with local leaders, tour area organizations and facilities, and gain a broader understanding of the community in which they live and work.

Leadership Casper is a two-year commitment, with graduates playing an active role in the program following their first year. Selected graduates serve as Program Leaders and oversee the selection of the incoming class. Program Leaders then join their fellow graduates and the program facilitator in planning and coordinating the program days, tours, speakers, and activities for the class that follows.

"One of the things that makes Leadership Casper special is that each class helps create the experience for the next," said Kim Coleman, Vice President of Marketing & Communications for the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce and a Leadership Casper graduate. "Participants spend their first year learning more about Natrona County and building connections throughout the community. As graduates, they have the opportunity to use those experiences and relationships to help shape the program for the next class."
