Leisure and Hospitality: This sector continues to experience the highest quit rates, with the accommodation and food services subsector consistently around or above 4% since July 2022. Despite losing 781,000 workers in January 2024, the industry hired 1.05 million people that same month, maintaining the highest hiring rate among all industries since November 2020, ranging between 6% to nearly 19%. ?
