Kim Coleman of the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce Completes Year Three at Institute for Organization Management

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Institute for Organization Management, the professional development program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, is proud to announce that Kim Coleman, Vice President of Marketing & Communications for the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce, has successfully completed her third year of coursework at the Institute for Organization Management. The four-year nonprofit leadership program was held at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.

Founded in 1921, the Institute for Organization Management has educated tens of thousands of chamber, association, and nonprofit professionals. The program is designed to build stronger organizations, enhance member value, and prepare leaders to effectively advocate for business communities. Institute coursework is delivered through four intensive weeklong sessions hosted at universities across the country and covers key areas such as leadership, advocacy, marketing, finance, membership development, and organizational strategy.

Through a mix of core courses and electives, participants gain practical tools and fresh perspectives they can immediately apply within their organizations to improve operations, engagement, and long-term impact.
