Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Escort clients to appointments and errands
- Report changes in condition to supervisors
- Complete accurate visit documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate and reliable individuals
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow outlined care plans
- Professional and punctual
- Experience preferred, but not required
