Be Kind 2 Your Mind 5k Walk Run 10 year anniversary

This year marks the 10th Annual Be Kind 2 Your Mind and we are truly excited to celebrate this milestone with our community on June 13!

Ten years ago this event began as a way to bring awareness to mental health and create a space where kindness and connection could take center stage. Over the past decade it has grown into a meaningful tradition for so many families, friends and supporters. Reaching ten years is something we are incredibly proud of and it would not be possible without this community showing up year after year!

Location: Crossroads Adventure Park also known as Castle Park

Open Registration: 7:00 AM

Run Starts: 7:30 AM

Whether you plan to run, walk or simply come out to support mental health awareness your presence helps make this event special. Each participant is part of the reason this event has continued to grow and thrive.

Early bird registration ends May 13 so be sure to secure your spot.

Fees/Admission

Early registration is available until May 13st and includes a $5 discount and guaranteed t-shirt size. Online registration will be open until June 12th. T-Shirt will not be guaranteed if you sign up after May 13st.

Early Bird Registration:

12 and under: $15

13 and up registration: $25

After Early Bird Registration:

12 and under: $20

13 and up: $30
