The Casper Mountain Lions Club invites fellow chamber members to hear the enthralling story of survival and perseverance from 9/11survivor Michael Hingson when he speaks at Casper College in late October.
Hingson will speak on Sunday, Oct. 25 at 1:30 p.m. in the Wheeler Concert Hall of the Casper College Music Building. The presentation, sponsored by the Wyoming Council of the Blind, is free and open to the public. Co-sponsors include the Casper Mountain Lions Club, Montgomery Trust Fund for the Blind and Karst Industries.
Not only will Hingson discuss his escape from the World Trade Center on 9/11, but he will describe his life journey, partnering with eight guide dogs, and how he came to be in the Twin Towers on that fateful day.
Hingson will be available to sign copies of his best seller “Thunder Dog” after the presentation.
