Yoga on the Lawn

Join the YMCA for three hours of Yoga on the Lawn located in the heart of Casper at David Street Station. This event is free and open to community members. Multiple Yoga teachers will lead various styles of Yoga to help awaken your mind, body, and spirit. More details on schedule coming soon. Please bring your mat, a sweat rag, and a water bottle. A blanket, yoga strap, and yoga blocks are welcome. Dont forget your suncreen and bug spray. Bathrooms are available for participant use.
