Where Do Numbers Come From? (Grades 4-6)
Find out how the Egyptians multiplied, how the Mayans counted, why there are 60 seconds in a minute, why we have the numbers we use now...
MathQuest employs active learning, problem explorations, puzzles, games, and hands-on activities to help students understand mathematical concepts. Students will discover that mathematics can be fun, exciting, creative, and enjoyable. Our experienced instructors have a passion for mathematics that they pass on to the students. Small classes of 3-8 students allow participants to receive individual attention and encourage engagement in the problem-solving process.
Camps are $90 per week.
