
Celebrate Día de los Muertos at the Nic! Día de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) is a holiday celebrated on the 1st and 2nd of November. It originated and is primarily observed in Mexico but also in other places. Join the Nic on November 1st from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

- We will honor passed love ones through ofrendas (altars) created by Natrona County schools.
- There will be a Sugar Skull (Calavera) face painting competition, so be sure to come in your best Calavera makeup to win the prize!
- We will also have a screening of Disney/Pixar’s ‘Coco,’ which will include behind-the-scenes videos of how the animation artists stayed true to this cultural tradition. (Be sure to bring a lawn chair or blanket to watch this movie with us!)
- Enjoy free food and drinks, including chips and salsa from Casper’s Guadalajara Family Mexican Restaurant. Additionally, we will have a cash bar!
