The Central Wyoming Fair & Rodeo's 12th Annual Sidewalk Chalk Art Festival is happening Saturday July 9th on 2nd St. between Center and David Streets! Registration and Free Pancake Breakfast at 8:00am. Then the sidewalks of downtown Casper are your canvas! This event is FREE and open to all ages and talent levels, Chalk is provided and he first 300 participants will get a free rodeo ticket and a free t-shirt featuring last years selected artwork, compliments of Pepsi! Plan on joining us to Stirrup Some Fun!
