DESCRIPTION:For over twenty years now\, the Wyoming Oil & Gas Fair has brought industry leaders together to promote the very best in the oil and gas industry in Wyoming. And this year we are proud to welcome the Enhanced Oil Recovery Institute to our event.\n\n\n\nOil and gas production is at the foundation of Wyoming\, and it's people. We strive to further better the industry\, and ensure that together we can do our part to service Wyoming\, and our country with the best processes and industry practices.\n\nhttps://www.wyogasfair.org/\n\n\n\n2019 Wyoming Oil and Gas/EORI Fair - September 11-12\, 2019\n\n\n\nExhibitors:\n\n\n\nBooth Space Fee: $1\,000\n\n\n\nBooth setup time: Tuesday\, September 10\, 2019 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.\n\n\n\nTear Down Thursday\, September 12 - 12:00 Noon.\n\n\n\nBooth space will consist of an 10' X 10' booth that is piped and draped.\n\n\n\nIt will be equipped with one six-foot table clothed and skirted and two chairs and electricity.\n\n\n\nWireless internet access is available at an additional fee from the Events Center Staff.\n\n\n\nLarge equipment that you want to bring into the Events Center floor\,\n\n\n\nmust be cleared with the Events Center Staff and fit in the confines of your booth.\n\n\n\nThe Events Center opens @ 7:00 AM both days. Man your booths when you please.\n\n\n\nExhibit until 4:30 PM Wednesday and until 12:00 Noon on Thursday.\n\n\n\nIf you plan to ship your equipment or displays please ship them to:\n\n\n\nMatt Hinds\n\n\n\nCasper Events Center\n\n\n\nOne Events Drive\n\n\n\nCasper\, Wyoming 82601\n\n\n\nPlease include a label on your parcel showing your name\, company and booth number\n\n\n\nPlease do NOT schedule arrival of your shipment before Monday\, September 9\, 2019\n\n\n\nSponsorships will be available on January 16\, 2019\n\n\n\nAttendees - Extra Booth Personnel:\n\n\n\nALL Attendees and Extra Booth Personnel are FREE!!!\n\n\n\nCheck in - on-site registration 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM September 10-11\, 2019 - 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM September 12\, 2019.\n\n\n\nSpouses are more than welcome at NO extra charge.\n\n\n\nBreakfast sandwiches will be provided from 8:00 - 9:00 September 11-12.\n\n\n\nLunch on September 11 will be provided\n\n\n\nReception on September 11\, 5:00 - 6:30 at the Beacon Club.
