DESCRIPTION:Where Do Numbers Come From?      (Grades 4-6)\n\nFind out how the Egyptians multiplied\, how the Mayans counted\, why there are 60 seconds in a minute\, why we have the numbers we use now...\n\n \n\n \n\nMathQuest employs active learning\, problem explorations\, puzzles\, games\, and hands-on activities to help students understand mathematical concepts.  Students will discover that mathematics can be fun\, exciting\, creative\, and enjoyable. Our experienced instructors have a passion for mathematics that they pass on to the students.  Small classes of 3-8 students allow participants to receive individual attention and encourage engagement in the problem-solving process.\n\nCamps are $90 per week.\n\n\n\nJoin us in between our camps from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM for our FREE Chess/Game club!!\n\nChess\, Mancala\, Spot it\, Settlers of Catan\, Set\, Mastermind\, Prime Club\, Zangle\, Games of Nim\, and many others
