DESCRIPTION:Space Math                            (Grades 6-9)\n\nCool math problems and explorations connected to Space and Astronomy. Photons and Random Walks\, Parallax and distances to stars. Join us for an evening in the Planetarium after the Camp is over.\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nMathQuest employs active learning\, problem explorations\, puzzles\, games\, and hands-on activities to help students understand mathematical concepts.  Students will discover that mathematics can be fun\, exciting\, creative\, and enjoyable. Our experienced instructors have a passion for mathematics that they pass on to the students.  Small classes of 3-8 students allow participants to receive individual attention and encourage engagement in the problem-solving process.\n\nCamps are $90 per week.\n\n\n\nJoin us in between our camps from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM for our FREE Chess/Game club!!\n\nChess\, Mancala\, Spot it\, Settlers of Catan\, Set\, Mastermind\, Prime Club\, Zangle\, Games of Nim\, and many others
