SUMMARY:Science Zone Elemental Evening Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:The eleventh annual spring fundraiser\, to benefit The Science Zone \n\nwill be held Saturday\, March 9th\, 2019 \n\nat the Hangar in Bar Nunn from 5:30   9 PM. \n\n\n\nA delicious dinner and cocktails will be served\, followed by a silent auction\, live auction\, and raffles.\n\n\n\nFor the last two decades\, The Science Zone has provided the community of Casper and other outlying areas the opportunity to explore the sciences. As our patrons explore our facility and programs\, their own curiosities propel them through our exhibits and displays. Our after school\, summer school\, special events\, and outreach programs have created an awareness of our organization across the state\, bringing people to Casper specifically for our museum. We are proud to be an essential part of our community and are excited to continue providing opportunities for children to learn and grow.\n\n\n\nOur Elemental Evening is The Science Zone's primary fundraiser. Funds procured from this event support our mission throughout the year. The Science Zone exists to inspire the mind\, to delight the senses and to ignite a passion for the technical arts and sciences.\n\n\n\nThe monies raised from this event will fund our programs\, outreach activities\, animal care\, scholarships\, and will enable us to serve more deserving youth of our region in a unique and exciting way. In 2018 we saw nearly 30\,000 visitors and are hoping to reach many more in 2019. We understand that education is of the utmost importance to our community. We are asking for your support and participation at this year's event to help us continue providing high quality learning experiences to Wyoming's future scientists and community leaders.
